The challenge
Dispatchers at Cascade were assigning routes by phone and whiteboard across a fleet of 140 trucks. Delay notifications reached customers only after a driver called in — often hours after the delay began.
The solution
We built a dispatch platform with live GPS integration, an ML model trained on historical route and traffic data to flag delay risk before it happens, and automated customer notifications tied to actual ETAs instead of static windows. Dispatchers now manage by exception instead of managing every truck by hand.
