We started by fixing someone else's CRM. We never stopped asking what the business actually needed.
Lafunder Tech is a technology agency for companies that are done bending their operations around software that wasn't built for them.
Help businesses run on systems, not workarounds.
Every business we work with has the same underlying problem, dressed up differently: valuable time going toward work that a system should be doing instead. A rep re-typing a lead. An analyst reconciling a spreadsheet. A support team answering the same question for the four-hundredth time.
We exist to close that gap — with CRM systems that fit how your team sells, automation that removes the busywork without removing the judgment calls, AI applications built to survive contact with real customers, and software engineered for the business you're actually running.
We solve business problems. The technology is how we do it — never the point of the exercise.
A short history
Founded on a CRM migration gone right
Lafunder Tech started as a two-person team fixing a botched CRM implementation for a regional logistics company. The fix stuck. The client referred three more.
Automation became the core offering
As clients kept asking 'can this just happen automatically,' we built out a dedicated automation practice around n8n, Make, and custom API work.
AI moved from experiment to delivery
We shipped our first production AI agent — a support triage system — and built the evaluation infrastructure to prove it actually worked before scaling it.
A full-stack technology partner
Today we cover CRM, automation, AI, custom software, DevSecOps, and growth — one team, one point of accountability, across every engagement.
Principles we don't compromise on
Understand before you build
No architecture decision gets made before we understand the operational problem it's solving.
Own the outcome
We're accountable for whether the system works in production, not just whether it shipped.
Write it down
Undocumented systems are systems only one person understands. We don't build those.
Say the hard thing early
A scope problem is cheapest to raise in week one and most expensive to raise in week ten.
